Steamings

Eco printing (also called contact printing) was developed by India Flint and others. I've been experimenting for a few years and now call my process 'steam printing'. The anticipation of revealing a steam-printed paper package is addictive. Every batch sees a new element of experimentation and uses a range of plant materials, found paper scraps and metals. The resulting papers are used for making handmade books.
